My Event Box
We believe that the instore experience is the critical area for our members’ pharmacies – hence our focus on ensuring high standards of product ranging, merchandising and customer service.
We provide our members with “My Event Box” – a quarterly seasonal instore promotion which helps our pharmacies to improve their engagement with customers. These 3-month instore “events” will support the success of the wholesalers’ advertising programmes: Access and PharmacyFirst.
As well as this instore activity our members are committed to our Service and Store Standards and a focus on our Core Range of top-selling OTC products.
We monitor these standards and provide regular visibility on results via the RPM software.
